Tey Bannerman

As a Partner at McKinsey, Tey currently holds leadership positions in McKinsey's Design, Generative AI, and Digital Sales practices. He works directly with clients in the banking, insurance, consumer, and public section - spearheading initiatives that merge design, data, and AI to pioneer groundbreaking innovations.

His focus is on integrating human needs and ethical considerations into digital product development, ensuring technology advances are both responsible and beneficial.

Tey also co-leads McKinsey Design in Europe, building and nurturing over 120 designers, technologists, and product experts.
