How to comply with AI?

In this session, Marlene will shed light on the legal framework conditions that need to be considered when using AI now and in the future.

Using specific use cases, you will learn:

• what to look out for when using AI to create content and what you are allowed to do with it – and what not,
• which data protection requirements need to be observed and
• how companies are liable when using AI.

Marlene will also give an update on the AI Act and explain when (and how) AI governance should be performed.
